Patricia leads the MTC operations and projects including development of the proprietary Mastery Transcript software, managing communication among member schools and with a range of partners. Mike oversees the design and development of Mastery Transcript software products, connecting with members and advisors to manage the MTC product roadmap. He is an experienced education technology executive, most recently having served as CEO of the Services Division at the National Association of Independent Schools, where he led a complete redesign and relaunch of their School and Student Services financial aid platforms. If you've sent an email or made a phone call to the MTC, chances are Ben answered it. A 25-year veteran of independent schools, Ben serves as one of the MTC's main ambassadors. Terry oversees the communications operation for the MTC including the website, blogs, social media channels, press relations among other activities. Jenny brings vast communications experience to her role with the MTC, where she manages a range of communications, event-planning, and research projects. You'll particularly see her work in the MTC newsletter and the site directors' meetings.
